Safeguarding at GSSC
Nothing is more important to us at GSSC than the safety and welfare of our pupils. We take rigorous steps to ensure that our children stay safe and do not come to any harm. we work closely with parents/carers and a range of professional external agencies in order to secure this. My staff and governors regularly undertake training in this area to ensure the welfare and safety of our children remains paramount.
We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Whisper® Anonymous Reporting
A source of intelligence that gives your school community the confidence to speak up and reach out
Clear, Safe, and Effective Reporting
Our safeguarding duties no longer stop at the school gates. The boundaries between in-school and out-of-school incidents are now blurred, as social media and technology give students 24/7 access to each other.
Problems may be more pervasive now, but screenshots and chat logs have made them easier to evidence.
Do your students have a safe way to disclose their issues in confidence?
What about staff or parents that have concerns?
